What’s up peeps.
Welcome to the 1st edition of the new year!
The markets might be bleeding but there’s a full blown alt season going on in the A.I. agent section. If you have been reading this newsletter, your bags should be looking really green.
Here’s to a bullish year and making it together. Let’s go!
Here’s what we got today:
- AI Agent Infrastructure. Picks & shovels of the top narrative.
- Introduction to SwarmNode. The new agent infra play on my radar.
- Around the web. HyperLiquid launched $HYPER staking, F(x) Protocol is launching v2, Akash Network added DeepSeek v3, and more.
Today’s email is brought to you by Swell — the restaking chain.

Narrative
Top Agent Infrastructure Plays
|
Many are still waiting for Alt Season, the magical period where all tokens pump.
Well… we might not have a full-blown alt season this time around. There are too many tokens now, and not enough liquidity entering the system to pump them all. It is known as altcoin dispersion.
So, picking the right sectors and tokens has become REALLY IMPORTANT.
|
Right now, we’re in the AI Agents season.
- While the market is bleeding red, this sector is breaking all-time highs.
- The tech is getting better by the day. Today’s AI agents are the worst they’ll ever be.
- The tech is being rapidly improved. Current AI agents are the worst they’re ever going to be.
- These tokens don’t have the overhang of VC unlocks or similar selling pressures.
- None of the top protocols have CEX listings yet. There’s more buyers to come.
AI Agents meta is a black hole that’s sucking liquidity and attention.
If you missed DeFi Summer in 2020, or the Alt Layer 1 trade in 2021…
THE UNIVERSE IS GIVING YOU ANOTHER CHANCE.
Right now, I’ll cover the Infrastructure plays because they’re the best risk/reward now. Instead of picking individual agents, you’re pretty much owning the casino aka picks and shovels.
I’ll skip over a few infrastructures as I’ve talked about them here plenty of times before.
- $Ai16z (89x since the first article on it)
- $VIRTUAL (up ~10x since first mention)
- $GAME (7x since the report on it)
It doesn’t mean they’ve been sleeping. If you want the latest updates, read my X article. Below are infrastructures that I haven’t emphasized enough in the Newsletter.
#1. ZereBro (MC: $655M)
ZereBro started as a generic A.I. agent that also made music. But now it’s pivoting into a full-stack framework for creating other agents.
Zerepy is an open-source agent framework based on Python. Python’s a big deal.
- It’s the most popular programming language in the world
- Most of the A.I. tooling and library are written in Python
The biggest catalyst is the Zentients Agent Platform that’s coming in early 2025. It’ll let you launch your own agent that’s similar to Zerebro.
This new launchpad ties value directly to $ZEREBRO. Every agent created will funnel value back through launch fees, LP bonding, and innovative mechanisms that lock liquidity.
It’s now also part of the thriving Virtuals ecosystem, launching a ZereBro/Virtual pool on Base to expand its reach.
They’re running a similar playbook to the Virtuals, but it’s trading at a much lower valuation now.
#2. $ARC (MC: $391M)
Arc .fun is building an open-source agents framework named Rig. This is the only agent framework built on Rust at the moment. This is a big deal because Rust is Solana’s native language.
What Make $ARC Interesting?
- The Rust language helps optimize performance due to zero-cost abstractions.
- Rig Framework has proved to outperform Langchain on memory and cold start times.
- 0xCygar is contributing to The Rig Github. He’s a core contributor to Abstract Chain.
Basically, Arc = Rust and Good codebase.
#3. $GRIFFAIN (MC: $457M)
Griffain is built by Tony Plasencia, the previous builder of Underdog and Blink on Solana.
It allows you to search anything and do anything on-chain by using natural language with your own agent. For example,
- Autonomously execute transactions that are set beforehand, such as limit orders of DCA.
- Get up-to-date reports about what tokens any address owns and what changes they’ve made to their portfolio as email.
The project is publicly supported by Anatoly, Solana’s founder, and Solana Labs. They are aiming to build Griffain on Solana Mobile the same as Siri on iPhone.
Everyone keeps criticizing agents as “chatbots” and lack utility. Griffain is an example of a really useful project.
There are more useful agent infrastructures. However, this newsletter doesn’t have space to cover them all. So, check out my full article below.

Swellchain’s Proof of Restake Is Changing the DeFi Landscape.
Swellchain is live–bringing the innovative Proof of Restake mechanism!
What’s Proof of Restake? It’s a blockchain that combines Ethereum’s security with rollup-level scalability–opening doors to innovation beyond EVM limitations.
Built on Optimism’s OP Stack, Swellchain is backed by big names like: Etherfi, Renzo, Kelp, Athena, EigenLayer and Symbiotic.
The chain launched with several rounds of rewards for users. And you can still get a share of 125M $SWELL tokens during the Wavedrop 3.
How? There are 3 ways:
- Bridge & Hold. Simply bridge and hold one the assets they support.
- earnETH vault. An easy option to get exposure to Swellchain without bridging assets. With 1 deposit, the vault allocates your funds to SWELL-boosted yield across Swellchain.
- Using protocols. Swell assets used in selected protocols will be rewarded with SWELL (check the list here)
Remember Charlie Munger’s quote “show me incentives and I’ll show you the outcome”.
Swellchain is redefining DeFi with innovation and incentives. Don’t miss this wave.

SwarmNode: The Latest Agent Infra Play
|
Right now, AI Infra projects offer the best R: R. And a new one got my attention last week.
- Big pump. Price increased >300% in the last 7 days.
- Mindshare growth. Its share of the Agent Sector grew to 1.95%.
- Endorsed by AIXBT, the top AI alpha caller of the CT.
Clearly, it was time for me to dig deeper.
What is SwarmNode? Building an AI Agent isn’t just about writing code. Devs also need to set up physical infrastructure, like servers, to run those agents. This is tedious and eats into their time and focus.
SwarmNode takes that burden off developers. Devs can just focus on writing code.
Why the hype? Thanks to the booming AI Agent meta, more devs than ever are creating AI agents. Here’s why they might choose SwarmNode:
- Serverless. Devs won’t have the headache of managing servers.
- Agent Library. Devs can pull pre-built templates and code snippets to kickstart their projects.
- Cost savings. Pay only for the execution time your agent uses. No unnecessary overhead.
- Scheduling. Instead of running the agent 24×7, agents can be programmed to run at specific times or specific triggers.
This is especially helpful for enterprises that use AI Agents, which are only triggered in response to specific events.
SwarmNode is also tapping into the next phase of agent narrative: Agent Swarms.
- Chaining. Agents can trigger one another. Devs can create complex workflows involving multiple agents.
- Orchestration. Devs can also control when and how your agents run, and what data they handle.
This isn’t another vaporware that we usually see in crypto. This is a real paid service that devs are using. Within 10 days of launch, they’ve attracted 495 agents.
Now, you can still be skeptical. It’s easy to see 300% in 7 days and think, “I missed it.”
But there’s more to consider:
- Momentum Matters. In bull markets, winners often keep winning.
- New Tokenomics. The team is on improving value capture for token holders.
- Undervalued vs. Peers. Other AI Infra projects like Virtual and ai16z are valued in the billions. SwarmNode is still sitting at just ~$75M market cap.
- Exchange Listings Incoming? Tier 1 exchanges haven’t listed any AI Infra coins yet. When they do, we could see massive growth.
- Use limit orders. If you’re sure there’s going to be a correction, set a limit order and wait for a dip.
Every cycle has a narrative that mints millionaires — DeFi summer in 2020, Alt-L1 trade & NFT mania in 2021.
AI Agent narrative is going to be THE NARRATIVE of this cycle. And SwarmNode should be on your radar as an infrastructure play.
